Shipping Policy
All normal restock orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase. All orders will receive a tracking number via email. Business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays are excluded. Please be patient as your fresh baked treats are made and packaged by hand. I hope you understand and thank you for your support and patience.
 
Multiple Orders
Orders will ship as they are received. There will be no refunds given for shipping fees for multiple orders.

Address Changes
Please be sure to take your time and check over your shipping information when checking out. If you notice yours is incorrect please send us a email to get it corrected. If by chance your address is incorrect once it’s shipped and your order comes back to us, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee.

For questions or concerns about your order please email Kakesbykiy@gmail.com with your name and order number. Business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Please allow a 24 response time.

Return/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost or stolen during shipping, you will have to file a claim on https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to get your money back.
